breakdown-assistance For both company and privately owned vehicles, breakdown assistance is essential. Whether it is going to an important business meeting, a social engagement or picking the kids up from school, a breakdown in your vehicle is unpleasant, time consuming and costly. Whilst most manufacturers provide a basic level of service, it is normally for only one year and is limited due to mass market constraints.

Autoserve provides a personal level of service that cannot be bettered. Service levels can be individually tailored; we can even brand the service to be answered with a corporate identity. The Autoserve breakdown service is managed at our operations centre and delivered using the national and internationally known providers such as the AA, RAC, etc.  It can also optimise local service where necessary.

When assistance is required, experienced operators will attend to your needs and every customer will have a dedicated account manager as a day to day contact.


There are several options available when choosing a breakdown package: basic roadside attendance, home start, relay and relay plus. European assistance is also available.  Replacement vehicles and overnight accommodation form part of the package whilst every service will have roadside attendance from skilled technicians and the facility to tow or transport vehicles to local approved repairing garages.

Autoserve can be provided as part of a standalone service or incorporated into a total fleet or personal provision with Accident Management, Vehicle Rental or Fleet Management. Once Autoserve is in place, you will have the peace of mind to know that all of your drivers will be taken care of in the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown and there will be the minimum of delay in getting your vehicle back on the road.
