Autoserve’s Garage Network has been launched as a preferred platform of garages for our 15,000+ drivers nationwide. Our aim is to create a national network of trusted and preferred garages who provide fair pricing, outstanding service and take pride in their work.

In the future, we plan to expand our network and allow businesses and individuals to book directly into your garage. This will help increase your potential customer base.

What sort of bookings should I expect to receive from Autoserve’s Garage Network?
Autoserve’s Garage Network accepts a wide range of bookings, from servicing and MOTs to tyres and warranty work. Once accepted, your garage will become one of our preferred local partners. You’ll also have a dedicated account manager to support you with any technical or IT queries.*

What are the requirements to join the Garage Network?
In general, our garages must meet a few key requirements. These include, but are not limited to, ensuring all technicians (excluding Apprentices) are qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, IMI, or equivalent. Garages must also provide a warranty on all work for 12 months or 12,000 miles from completion, subject to the nature of the work carried out.

Additionally, we would like our garages to offer some customer-focused benefits where possible. These include a free collection and delivery service, a complimentary courtesy car, or an onsite waiting facility. Furthermore, once work is complete, we ask that vehicles receive a full wash and vacuum at no additional cost.
