We work with a wide network of garages across the UK. Some locations may offer a courtesy vehicle while your car is in for servicing, although this is subject to availability and may incur a charge set by the garage. While we’re happy to request this on your behalf, courtesy cars are provided at the discretion of the garage and are not guaranteed.
If you only require simple replacements such as bulbs or wiper blades, there’s no need to book through us. You can visit a local Halfords Autocare or Kwik Fit centre, let them know you’re an Autoserve customer, and they will contact us directly for authorisation before completing the work.
