Brilliant service from James at Autoserve…
I had a nasty experience at National Tyres on Penarth Road,Cardiff this morning. My car was booked in for an MOTat 10am but was told at first that I didn’t need an MOT then to backtrack and say they needed authorisation. The Manager then said that authorisation didn’t come through in 2minutes so they couldn’t do my MOT. Immediately I phoned Autoserve who confirmed that authorisation had been given within 2 mins. I then explained to the manager who said it was too late and I’d have to come back at 4pm. He was very rude and despite not having another car to MOT for 45mins refused to accommodate me! James from Autoserve couldn’t have been more helpful. He suggested I take my car to another garage so as not to have to confront the obnoxious Manager! He reassured me that it wasn’t my fault or Autoserve and regretted that I’d been subjected to such behaviour.
